Where to Collect Your VEP RFID Tag

You can collect your RFID tag from several locations including the Woodlands and Tuas checkpoints, selected post offices, and authorized collection centers. Bring your approval letter, vehicle log card, and NRIC for collection.

How to Install the VEP RFID Tag Correctly

Proper installation is crucial for smooth border crossings. The tag must be placed on the inside of your windscreen, on the passenger side, at least 5cm from any metal objects or other electronic devices. Clean the area thoroughly before installation and press firmly for 30 seconds. Once stuck, the RFID tag is designed to be tamper-proof. Attempting to remove it will damage the tag.
